- Email: Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at info@luxq.ca, using the subject line “Data Removal Request,” and provide the necessary details.
Upon receipt of your request, our team will review and process it accordingly. Once approved, we will promptly delete your personal information from our records.
Data Removal Request on Android App:
For users of our LuxQ Android app, you can request the removal of your data by following these steps:
- Delete Account Button:
- To delete all of your data, simply click on the “Delete Account” button located on your User Account Page within the app.
- Partial Data Removal:
- If you prefer to remove only certain parts of your data, please follow these steps:
- Tap on the triple-line icon to access the menu.
- Select the “Contact Us” option.
- Provide your Name, Phone Number, and Email on the Contact Us page.
- In the message, title it as “Request for User Data Removal” and specify the details of the data you wish to remove.
- Finally, tap on the “Send Message” button to submit your request.

Once your request is received and approved by our team, we will proceed to remove your personal information from our Android app.
